ATEX Video Inspection Systems 

Inspecting explosion risk zones is essential for anyone who works in dangerous conditions. For this reason Gerotto Federico S.r.l. created explosion proof LED lamps and cameras with the ATEX certification.


Gerotto Federico S.r.l. has developed an innovative system of Certified cameras and LED lights for operations in ATEX Zone 0 environments, with high explosion-risk, such as:
● chemical, energy and food plants; 
● petrol stations;
● heating plants;
● hubs of power plants.

The system is composed of ATEX certified camera, lights and monitor (this could be certified only for Zone 1).

Camera and LED lights, powered by a small power supply, are intrinsically safe, which means that they avoid the creation of sparks and overheating in the internal parts.

The LED Lights illuminate the working environment while the Camera sends real-time images to the monitor through an intrinsically safe cable. They can be used both during daytime and nighttime, thanks to their sensitivity and the adjustable position on two axes.
The monitor could be ATEX Zone 1 Certified or not certified, depending on the needs of use.

Gerotto’s video inspection system can be customized depending on the needs of the work, of the operator, of the working area and of the accessories mounted on the mini excavator.
