Tank cleaning robotic system: Gerotto obtains IECEx certificate of conformity

On September 30, 2025, Gerotto obtained the IECEx Certificate of Conformity for “Lombrico Tank Cleaning Robot and Associated Equipment”, issued by the certification body TÜV SÜD.

This recognition adds to the certifications already obtained: Gerotto robots have been ATEX Zone 0 certified for years, and the company had already obtained the IECEx Quality Assessment Report Summary. With this further achievement, Gerotto consolidates its position as an international benchmark in the tank cleaning sector, offering customers and asset owners ever higher safety standards.

The IECEx scheme is a voluntary certification that attests to the conformity of equipment, services, and personnel intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX/Ex), providing a globally recognized guarantee.
