Gerotto at ILTA 2026: Zone 0 Robotic Tank Cleaning Solutions

From June 15 to 17, Gerotto will participate in ILTA 2026 in Houston – Booth 1922 – one of the leading international events dedicated to the tank storage and terminal industry.

Zone 0 robotic tank cleaning system

Gerotto will present its latest ATEX- and IECEx-certified Zone 0 robotic system, also compliant with Class I Division 1 requirements, designed to perform complete tank cleaning operations without human entry into the tank.

The system is engineered to help operators reduce personnel exposure, improve operational safety and minimize downtime while maintaining high cleaning efficiency even in critical environments.

AI-READY camera systems for hazardous environments

The exhibition will also feature the new generation of AI-READY camera systems developed for hazardous areas.

Originally designed to improve visibility during robotic operations, these systems are now evolving into AI-ready platforms for surveillance, monitoring and future intelligent support applications during tank cleaning operations.

Gerotto’s Patented ATEX Zone 1 Sludge Removal Robot

Gerotto will also introduce a new ATEX Zone 1 robot equipped with an onboard screw pump, specifically designed for the efficient handling and removal of sludge and difficult materials during tank cleaning operations.

The solution has been developed to increase operational efficiency while further reducing direct operator involvement in hazardous environments.
